Fantastic Stay with Great Upgrades!
corner suite helpful staff
I booked a room and got a wonderful upgrade to a Corner Junior Suite with a beautiful lake view. Everything in the suite was just perfect and I was very happy! The beds were especially amazing. I slept so well. The staff was friendly and professional too.
It was still good, though. There was plenty of food! more space would definitely improve the experience for everyone.

The hotel features a fitness center with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A business center offers multiple computers and printing services. The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation.

The suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I loved it. Aesthetic lighting really set the mood. there were bathrobes and plenty of towels. The minibar was stocked, and fresh toiletries were always available!

quiet room local activity ample space clean facilities
The staff were efficient. they also provided excellent suggestions for local activities. the location provided convenient access to many attractions. the breakfast featured plentiful selections. not having to leave the hotel for breakfast was quite convenient. i was impressed by the fresh omelets! the room was very clean with ample space. the hotel location is great near city hall and the train station. the room included nice beds and clean facilities. breakfast had a huge choice and the food was AMAZING!!! the city hall view was gorgeous from the room. the facilities met my needs. The gym was well-equipped. the hotel is close to main attractions. this made exploring the area simple. the convenient location allowed easy access to the royal parliament palace.
the ongoing work inside the hotel caused a slight noise during the day.

the staff was efficient and addressed requests quickly. their helpfulness and positive attitude enhanced the overall experience. i received several useful recommendations that helped me explore the city.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. fresh omelets and many dishes were readily available. the dining area was clean, and the staff maintained a good flow during busy periods.

The staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel's location provided easy access to many attractions. I had a pleasant stay in the Classic Room 1 King Bed.
I noticed that the gym was quite small. Some of the furniture seemed a bit outdated.
